Albany Corporate Housing Joins Corporate Housing Leader
Bethesda, Md. – May 25, 2011 – Marriott ExecuStay® (http://www.ExecuStay.com), a leader in furnished apartments, temporary housing, and corporate housing is pleased to announce the expansion of ExecuStay's franchise system into the Albany and Saratoga Springs markets in New York. These markets will be operated by Albany Corporate Housing, LLC, a division of Prime Companies based in Latham, N.Y.
Albany Corporate Housing has selected Danica Ehmann as general manager responsible for the territory which encompasses Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Warren, N.Y., counties. Ehmann, a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, brings her experience in procurement consulting, property management and local market knowledge to the role.
“This market has seen a significant increase in demand in recent years due to the development of the region as a nanotech hub including research and development and support related businesses," said Adam Sherer. “Danica has a strong knowledge of this market and will make an incredible addition to our team.”
