Founded by Mormon leader Brigham Young, the capital of Utah has taken strides to move beyond its conservative image. In town, visitors can take in a Jazz game at the Delta Center or catch the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square. In the evening, head down to the Red Rock Brewing Company for a hearty ale.
