Pet Policies †Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. There is also a maximum weight limit of 80 lbs. per apartment for dogs.

Parking Policies: There is no gated entrance at this property
  • There is a parking garage attached to the 200 Squared building.
  • ExecuStay coordinates parking with LAZ Parking.  LAZ Parking is a separate entity.
  • The guest would need to contact LAZ Parking @ 312.263.1535 to make parking arrangements or there is metered parking.
  • Parking rates may vary but begin at $250.00/month plus fob fee.
  • Once parked, go to the elevators on the street level turn right and use your fob to access the lobby of 200 Squared.
  • Pull into parking garage and take ticket.
  • Parking available on floors 1-10.
  • When leaving building go to the parking garage lobby and pay by using one of the two pay station machines.  Once payment is complete, there is a 10 minute window to get to the vehicle and leaving the building.  
  • You can also pay the attendant for your parking.  Keep in mind they only accept credit card payment.
