  4. Take Exit 7, NY 7E toward Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto NY-7 E Exit toward I-787 N/NY-787 N.
  5. Keep left, then keep right at fork following NY-787 N.
  6. Right onto Ontario St and left on Delaware Ave.
  7. Right on Riverwalk Way and turn left to stay on Riverwalk Way.

This tranquil setting boasts walking trails along the river, exceptional views and is along a newly constructed bike path which runs to Peebles Island State Park with 7 miles of hiking trails. This neighborhood is known as Van Schaick Island. In addition to the two properties the Island also has its own country club and is located along I-787 with easy access to I-90 and the Northway.
