What stays will be eligible?
The referral award will be activated once the referred guest has booked a reservation and has taken occupancy of the unit. Once that criteria is satisfied, Marriott Rewards points will be credited to the referrer’s account and an email will be sent.
How do I submit a referral?
Consumers interested in referring a friend can visit www.execustay.com and click on “ Refer a Friend” to access the necessary form. Visitors must fill out the required information and click “Submit” to complete the referral. Once the referral form has been submitted, Marriott ExecuStay will follow up with the referred guest.
What information needs to be provided?
Referrers must provide information on the potential guest – name, contact info, stay location, relevant dates – as well as information on themselves, including name, contact info, and Marriott Rewards number.
How many referral bonuses can be awarded?
Individuals are limited to 50,000 Marriott Rewards points received via the Marriott ExecuStay referral program within one year. However, corporate relocation specialists registered with Marriott ExecuStay will be able to exceed this limit. To register with ExecuStay, simply visit www.execustay.com and fill out the form provided.
Can multiple people refer the same guest?
No, only one referral bonus will be awarded. Determination will be made by the first referral submitted based on date received.
